You may return all new items with tags attached within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return request is due to a damaged/defective item or you received the wrong item. Please contact us HERE if your order is lost or damaged.

We stand behind each bag we manufacture and will go above & beyond to ensure that each customer receives a quality Blissly bag. What Is Covered
Blissly's Limited One Year Warranty covered manufacturer's defects including broken zippers, broken magnetic closures, broken straps/buckles, torn stitching, or any manufacturing error caused by the factory during production.
What Is Not Covered
Blissly's Limited One Year Warranty does not cover damage due to general wear & tear including damage from liquids/foods, stains, worn down fabric, tears in fabric not related to stitching, and animal damage.
How To File A Warranty Claim
